This policy establishes a Supplier Code of Conduct for all current and prospective MetaSource Manufacturing Partners, Stockists, Distributors, and Vendors. It applies to any organization or individual supplying raw materials, custom-manufactured parts, or value-added services through the MetaSource.ai platform.
By engaging with MetaSource—whether for a single project or a long-term partnership—suppliers agree to comply with this Code, which sets forth the minimum standards of ethical behavior, legal compliance, and professional conduct required to maintain an active relationship with MetaSource.

This Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the minimum expectations for working with MetaSource, regardless of differences in legal or cultural environments.
1. Compliance with Laws, Regulations, and Industry Standards
All MetaSource suppliers must comply with applicable local, national, and international laws, codes, and regulations in the regions where they operate. This includes, but is not limited to:
Suppliers must also ensure that their own suppliers, subcontractors, and third-party partners uphold the same level of legal and ethical compliance.
All documents, prices, enquiries, and shared discussions are to be treated as confidential and proprietary. Suppliers are expected to maintain the highest level of professionalism and respect agreed timelines.
Suppliers must actively monitor their operations to identify and mitigate any potential risks. MetaSource.ai or its designated representatives may conduct compliance checks, including on-site inspections, review of documents, and audits.
Any MetaSource team member, customer, or supplier who becomes aware of a violation is obligated to report it to the MetaSource Supply Chain or Vendor Management team immediately.

MetaSource reserves the right to terminate its engagement with any Supplier, Manufacturer, Vendor, or Partner at any time and with immediate effect, at its sole discretion, for violations of this Code or other platform policies.
By registering and conducting business with MetaSource, you acknowledge and accept the Supplier Code of Conduct and agree to abide by these policies from the day of onboarding.
